The modern Y Spa is packed with top-of-the-line facilities including an 11-metre hydrotherapy pool, a Kelo (Finnish) sauna, a mud rasul, a salt steam room and a regular and even a frost wall.

An extensive treatment menu includes facials by Elemis and Murad, as well as aromatherapy, hot stone and deep tissue massages and a limited range of exclusive body therapies by skincare guru Katherine Daniels.

A dedicated spa menu for men includes energising and hydrating face treatments, as well as sports massages for gym-goers and keen sportsmen.

If you want to try something completely different from your Y Spa visit, book a NEOM Experience with one of the spa’s trained therapists. The aim of these experiences is to promote sleep, stress, energy levels and/or mood by taking you on a guided meditation which features scent, massage, and reflexology.

Or you could simply make the most of the beautiful surroundings and make your way through the thermal spa, before relaxing in the aptly-named Big Sleep relaxation zone.

However, in order to really maximise your time at the Y Spa, make sure you plan your visit. Each year the spa closes for two weeks while it undergoes maintenance, so check ahead to ensure that your timing doesn’t overlap.
