It doesn’t get more exclusive than this. The Landmark Hotel is one of London’s top hotels, hosting A-list celebrities such as Katy Perry, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. The spa is available for guests and visitors alike, although to get the full experience you really should book an overnight stay. Day guests are subject to a £30 surcharge if you want to use the health club facilities.

The Landmark Spa & Health Club itself is every bit as luxurious as you would expect. The heated pool is chlorine free, and poolside facilities include a sanarium, steam rooms and monsoon showers.

Spa treatments range from the classic (full body massage) to the more specific (check out the range of fat-busting ‘envelopment’ treatments), and even includes some traditional Ayurvedic therapies such as the ‘Padabhyanga’, which begins with a foot cleansing ritual and ends with an essential oil massage.

All the Landmark’s treatments are available for men and women, but a range of men-only treatments include the deep tissue massage, and an hour long facial which has been specially formulated for male skin.

The Landmark Spa is probably one of the most peaceful spots in central London. The spa has a strict ‘no mobile phones’ policy, and noise levels are kept to a minimum. Once you’ve gotten used to the peace and quiet, you will feel the city stress seep out of your pores.
