This is a small spa which is extremely popular among those in the know, so it is essential to book ahead.

It is also worth pointing out that although the spa is a part of the Cameron House complex, it is actually based 2.5 miles away from the hotel. A concierge service is available to bring guests back and forth whenever they like.

This is one of the most established names in Britain’s spa scene. Set inside a stately home that is hundreds of years old, it has been used as a hydro spa since 1973.

Water treatments are still central to the spa’s philosophy – an ancient stream runs through the spa area, and there are multiple pools: an extra-warm candlelit pool for bathing; a 25m heated swimming pool; an exercise pool for aqua aerobics; and an indoor and outdoor waterfall pool for relaxing.
